Here are the latest edits of the photography from my Blue Mountains trip. These are all from the one image of mist over the mountains in the morning. I have done some beautiful edits as well as one slightly psychedelic one just for good measure. These photos are only available to view on this site as well as the blog. I will be working on more of the photos soon!

After a trip to the blue mountains I took these photos and had a bit of an edit and here are some of the results so far. The photography is of an amazing smokestack from the Carrington Hotel in Katoomba in New South Wales, Australia. The smokestack was originally used for a coal power station that was used for the hotel.

The Photography of a Poetry Series

As the new series "Then I Passed" is almost completed I thought I would take the time to discuss using photography with writing. As I am primarily a writer using visual art with my works I find myself well placed to explain the importance of the visual and the written word. The new series is the second produced for this website that aim to combine both photography and poetry the difference with the new series is that the poetry was completed after the photography.

Here are four fantastic shots of reflections. The shots are by KJ Halliday and were part of the same shoot as the "Then I Passed" series. The four shots (along with the ten in the "Then I Passed" series) are concerned with reflections on the environment.
