Poem and Photograph "Twisted" - "Then I Passed Series"

Twisted sixth photo from the Then I Passed Series by KJ Halliday

Spiraling sounds while coming down

Tripping over going round

Timing in to timing out

Complex pleasure

Simple doubts

Mark it down

Spread it under

So the face of hidden thunder

May never be may never come may never ever come undone

Worded ripples fastened tight as clever birds

Take flight

Decode, decipher, pass it over

No rhyming sounds to understand it

Only here to apprehend

As your ignorance pretends

That what you do

Can make amends

I cannot speak to you through here

As truth holders disappear

As others climb away to hide

Soft melody that showed us pride

Will soften under pressure now

The greed of leaders

Bound, tied

And Twisted.
